The TIPping point
Most likely you have many tools in your tool bag, however, the Tap Into Potential (TIP) program employs one that soon will become your “go to” TOOL.
The TIP coaching process begins with identifying and overcome conscious and unconscious stressors, sabotaging patterns and limiting beliefs.
You see these stressors and fears scramble’s clear thinking and creates mental clutter so you can’t target what matters. If you calm your mind you can then access your frontal cortex, your logical part of the brain so that you can work, live, and relate from core confidence. If it sounds too simple, it is and that’s why I love it.

However, what dials up the effectiveness of the Tip program is that it incorporates the novel ingredient of acupressure – gentle Tapping on one’s body; it’s called Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT), more commonly known as Tapping which combines the best of modern day brain science and psychology. You may have seen pro athletes and Olympians Tapping.
I employ EFT in my Tap into Potential coaching program because it is an efficacious and easily learned self-help method to identify and overcome conscious and unconscious stressors, limiting beliefs and other saboteurs. If it helps eliminate the symptoms of PTSD in Veteran’s it can definitely help you.
